How To Order

Thank you for your interest in products and services from AfricanQueens.  Since we are still working on our English language shop system we would like to give you a walk through on how to get the Parts you want in spite of the language barrier.

As you browse through our shop you will find many products that peak your interest.  If you have questions feel free to write us an E-Mail at info@africanqueens.de.  With all questions please include the part number (German: Art Nr.).

When you are ready to order just use the Button: “bestellen” with each of the articles you wish to buy.  All Products are collected in your shopping basket “Warenkorb.”  In order to view all the items in your shopping basket just use the Button “Warenkorb.”  When you are ready check out and place the complete order just use the “bestellen” button below your shopping basket.

For international orders we ask that you pay using your Visa or MasterCard only.  In order to do so please select the Option “Kreditkartenzahlung.”   You find this option after pressing on the down Arrow at the Field with the title: “Bezahlen möchte ich per:”

Use the “weiter” Button to get to the Point where you may enter your billing Address.  In order to enter a different shipping Address.

After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation that is intended to let you know we are processing your request.  For questions concerning availability, further details with regards to size or color of the respective product we will contact you via E-Mail.

Be sure that your order is important to us and that we work hard to get the right products to you in the least amount of time.
